MAS4D Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

To open and use a MAS4D account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. MAS4D reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time throughout your membership.

• You must be at least 18 years on the date of registration. Registration by underage individuals is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately upon detection.
• You must be an individual — not a company, organisation, or corporate entity. Only personal accounts are accepted at MAS4D.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) MAS4D account only. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. False or misleading information may result in account closure without notice.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the MAS4D platform is lawful in the location or jurisdiction where you are based.

The security of your MAS4D account is a shared responsibility between you and our platform. While MAS4D continuously invests in enterprise-grade security infrastructure, there are certain responsibilities that each member must personally uphold.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your MAS4D username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• All activity that takes place under your account is considered your own, unless you have promptly reported a security breach to the MAS4D support team.
• MAS4D recommends using a strong password (minimum 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, contact the MAS4D support team immediately via Live Chat for prompt account freezing.

MAS4D accepts deposits via a wide range of popular and trusted payment methods in Malaysia. All financial transactions are processed through secure channels protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and online banking via FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks).

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, MAS4D reserves the right to forfeit the account balance, including any pending withdrawals. This decision is final. Members who voluntarily close their account for responsible gambling reasons will receive a refund of any eligible balance.

MAS4D believes gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of stress or financial hardship. Our platform provides the following self-control tools for all members:
